jgny
On day 4 of Whole 30 and I have noticed that my stomach has gotten flatter. The downside is that I seem to have gone down a cup size, I put on a bra I wore last week and I'm not filling it out as I normally do. Anyone else have a similar experience? I don't mind the flatter stomach but I need all the help I can up top! Link to comment
Laura B
My ladies shrank some, but I didn't have much to begin with! We tend to carry extra weight in our chest and for many people it is one of the first places to "go". It's just a part of the deal...but don't focus on that. There is so much more magical stuff to come in your whole 30 that's more important than breast size. Link to comment
Renee Lee
Oh how I wish we could pick where we lost body fat from first. Unfortunately it doesn't work like that. It seems like fat always starts disappearing from the areas you DON'T want to lose it from first. It's a bummer, but on the plus side, you've lost some body fat that your body decided you didn't need! Anything more than a handful's a waste anyway, right? Link to comment
Bridget
Same here-doesn't bother me at all, because it really does help me feel smaller all over. Not much you can do, just revel in the fact that your body is getting rid of fat !! Link to comment
Robin Strathdee
Funny story about this... When I first "went paleo" about 2 years ago, I went from an almost DD (down from an E after my last baby, on a 5 ft frame...I know...) to an almost A in about 8 months. BIG CHANGE. I was super excited, because who really wants knockers like that, but it was a bit of a shock to have to ask a store attendant for a 36 A. Fast forward a bit, and enter more sweet potatoes and some digestive enzymes (I don't have a gallbladder, so I wasn't processing fat), and I'm back up to a 34B+. It seems I'm holding steady here, and I'm okay with that. All that to say this: Don't worry - your body will lose first and then when you start to find your food-niche it'll settle down a bit. Megan Claydon
I have a similar experience to Robin, though not quite as drastic ...Went from a 34B+ to an A and then back up to a B. Again it went along with my changing diet and figuring out what works the best Link to comment
jgny
Wow Robin. Big change indeed. It's been about 2 weeks, they've filled back a bit but I think it's cycle related. We will see. On the plus side, my tummy shrank too. Though not as much as my bust.
