Day 10

I stated the program on March 24. I went away for a few days to recharge after a particularly low point emotionally. I decided to do something for myself. A goal to accomplish that I had total control over.

It helped that I was able to shop for myself and limit what I was eating by not having anything off plan in the house. Interesting that you only need to shop in the first 30 feet of the grocery store.

I've had two cravings, a diet coke and a bag of chips. Olives have helped with snacking and trying different iced teas has help with the diet coke craving.

RxBars have been a god send! Great tasting, Whole 30 approved. Make passing up fast food much easier.
