i survived the first half of august and then fell off the wagon hard in august. i've tried to clear september of as may possible roadblocks that i know of and will start again. so i'm in:)

i will say - that even off the wagon - realize how much i learned about my food and myself in august. i'm hoping to use those learning and make september even more successful.

My only real concern, if you could even call it that, is pre run fuel. I am training for a Half Marathon in December and running a 15K at the end of September. I assume Honey Stingers, and other chews are out as is Nuun - so trying to figure out something stomach neutral for race fuel and pre race/long run fuel is going to be challenging.

Does anyone have suggestions? Dates?
