Monday, April 13 start date!

Hi everyone, I'm back! ;)


I tried and failed (after 10 days) in January but I feel very confident this time. Over the course of the last few months, I've transitioned my regular diet to a very clean paleo, so it won't be as much of a transition this time to do a Whole30.


Even without the Whole30, I have started to notice a lot of great changes - flatter tummy, asthma symptoms improving, even fewer migraines.  I am curious what will happen when I take it *all the way*.


Starting April 13 b/c I have a friend in town next weekend and I want to allow some minor slips while she's here...


Hope to see some others starting on that date too!!
