DevonMrs
Hi, I'm starting my first w30 tomorrow. Is there anything taste or texture wise that you really miss and maybe I should have tonight before starting? ;-)
MeadowLily
"Now that you have the basic plan, you need to know how to implement it. It’s simple, actually. Start now. Today. This minute. Count out thirty days on your calendar. Plan out a week’s worth of meals, using the Resources we’ve given you here. Take our Shopping Guide to your local health food store, farmer’s market or grocer and stock up on things you’ll be eating. And then… go. Cold turkey. Just start, using our MealSimple™ template to take all the guesswork out of meal planning. But don’t put this off, not for one more day. If you give yourself excuses or reasons to delay, you may never begin. Do it now." Many have went on one last thrill eating bender before their Whole 30 Day 1 but that line of thought usually does not help them on Day 31. It might carry all of the way through setting up craving cycles rather than breaking them. It's so important to keep breaking these cycles. MeadowLily
Mrs. Devon.... You're ready with cookbooks and preparation. When your feet hit the floor tomorrow, run to the kitchen and fix a compliant breakfast. Keep your eyes on the prize.
GFChris
Keep in mind, you're doing the program for only 30 days. Anything that you could eat up until today is not leaving the planet over the next month. That food will still be around, should you choose to consume it again, when you're done. Generally speaking, be aware that the furthest you eat from Whole30 today, the worse you may feel over the next few days.
