30 min of hit interval training on Stairmaster. 20 oz of water

Post wo- 1 egg and black coffee w 1/2 t coconut oil blended.

M1: 2 HB eggs, quarter avacado, half chicken leg, one plum tomatoe, cucumber, 3 olives.
