Day 2 hangover

I absolutely felt horrid on Day 2. I went to the gym to work with my trainer and pushed me extra hard to show me that most of it was in my head. I still wanted to slap him, though. haha!


I felt better after that. My stomach has kind of been a mess off and on, I'm on Day 11 now. And today I've reached a point of frustration in how dizzy I feel. Which may or may not be related to the Whole30. 


But, yes, Day 2 was terrible!
