Starting my second W30, Today, 8 April!

I am so happy and slightly nervous to be starting my second whole 30. My first one was back in 2013, just before I fell pregnant. I tried to eat better afterward, and was fairly successful but being back at work with a hectic schedule our eating habits have gone back to the usual quick and easy meals, and not to healthy.

I am very lucky to have a husband that is very supportive and willing to complete our second W30. I think this time it will be a bit harder for us, but we are committed and ready.

I kept my 30 day meal plan from our first W30, so at least it will make it a bit easier. We also do not have to clean out our pantry as I stopped buying any product that is not W30 compliant.

So lets see how we do with round 2!
