Kage
Hi, I am about to embark on whole30 number 3 and would love to find a compliant Thai green curry paste. The closest one I have found (which is what I use between whole30's) has sunflower oil. Any ideas? I am in South Australia but would be happy to order online. Thanks

Kage
Thanks Tom! I thought it was on the "no" list. Excited to have curry on the weekend now
Moderators Tom Denham Posted April 8, 2015 Moderators Share Posted April 8, 2015 We recommend not cooking with sunflower oil because it is subject to degrading when heated, but using some as part of a curry is not bad enough to ban.
Munkers
We buy Thai Kitchen curry pastes (red and green). Not sure if those are available in Australian or if they have the same ingredients, but Amazon carries them online. Link to the green stuff. SchrodingersCat
This is old, but Mae Ploy Green Curry Paste is in Australian supermarkets and is compliant, Just in case anyone else is looking.
salsasis14
Thai Kitchen is available on Amazon- at least in the US. So glad I found this post! Curry is a love of mine and I was worried about compliance.
