There are days I'm not eating any fruit at all because I'm full from my meals as they are. Do I have to eat fruit every day? I know the meal planning template says an occasional serving of fruit. Some places on the forum I've read that means 1-2 servings a week and others say 1-2 servings a day. Any ideas? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
