I'm on day 12 of my first W30 and my main goal is to get rid of my sugar cravings. There are days I'm not eating any fruit at all because I'm full from my meals as they are. Do I have to eat fruit every day? I know the meal planning template says an occasional serving of fruit. Some places on the forum I've read that means 1-2 servings a week and others say 1-2 servings a day.  Any ideas?
