Hello from new member! Started April 7

Hello everyone!

I started my Whole 30 April 7. So far, feeling great! I've been mostly eating paleo (with some dairy, cheat days on pizza etc.) since Christmas and have lost close to 20 pounds. I decided to take on the challenge after I realized like I'd gotten off track over the past couple weeks since taking on more responsibility at work and needed to reset and challenge myself. 

Anyway, would love any advice on how to deal with stress and tricky social situations.
