Ultrarunnergirl, I used the ideas on your blog for a 70K ride and it was FANTASTIC! I used baby food with sweet potatoes, some dates filled with rainforest butter (macadamia nut, coconut oil and brazil nuts) and a larabar (compliant). This is the first time doing such a distance where I could feel my body accessing the fuel it needed!
