GreenDreamMomma
I am wondering what some of you eat/snack on during an endurance race that won't cramp you up! I will be cycling 70K in a few weeks and will need some energy boosts during my ride! Thanks!!

GreenDreamMomma
Check my blog for many posts on this topic. Link below. Good luck! Ultrarunnergirl, I used the ideas on your blog for a 70K ride and it was FANTASTIC! I used baby food with sweet potatoes, some dates filled with rainforest butter (macadamia nut, coconut oil and brazil nuts) and a larabar (compliant). This is the first time doing such a distance where I could feel my body accessing the fuel it needed! Thanks for your blog!!
