Administrators ladyshanny Posted April 11, 2015 Administrators Share Posted April 11, 2015 Oh, that's not good. Can you please post a few days of food (include portion sizes as they relate to your own hand size, please), fluids, exercise, stress, sleep etc. Whole30 is not a restrictive "diet", we definitely want you to eat. Let's take a look and see if anything stands out.

Administrators ladyshanny Posted April 11, 2015 Administrators Share Posted April 11, 2015 Hi, I think I understand why you're hungry! You need to eat more of everything. Eggs, as a singular protein are as many as you can hold in your hand. For even tiny women, that's at least 3. Add at least one egg to that breakfast. Veggies are recommended to be 1-3 cups, you can always add more, your breakfast is pretty small. Also note that a lot of times if people are eating too small of a breakfast, it sets them up for hunger later in the day. Go ahead and increase the size of your meals and see if you can get them to the place where they keep you for 4-5 hours.
SpinSpin
Besides upping your veg -- I eat between 9 and 12 cups of veg a day-- I would increase your fats. You can have up to 2 handfuls of olives at a meal, a full fist of nuts (don't depend on that too often though) Add more olives, avocado, homemade mayo in salad dressings and dips, olive oil on your salads as well. Scramble or fry your eggs in ghee. You need the fat to stay feeling satisfied after meals--whole 30 is not a low fat way of eating, not at all!
