Dee55555 Posted April 13, 2015 Share Posted April 13, 2015 I just started my second whole 30 and it's day 4 and I'm sleeping better already and have energy. I did my first whole 30 in January of this year and was able to eat mostly Whole 30 for February, but then preparing meals got tedious and I started going off plan. In about a month or so, I was craving sugar all the time and hungry all of the time again. Now that I'm a few days in I'm not hungry all day, and I don't remember why I ever stopped eating this way or how that happened. My schedule is actually busier now than it was in March, and I was able to make all of my food for this week and shop. I'm not very worried about doing the 30 days, but I'm already thinking about how I will keep this going afterward. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
