Tweaking and recommitting

Hi- I started Whole30 on Sept 24, 2014 and love it. This way of eating really works for my entire body, mood, energy, etc. The past couple of months I tried tweaking-like honey in my tea- with some success but the tweaking has really been a gateway to eating things I know don't work. I miss how fabulous I felt so I'm

Writing to have accountability as I recommit tomorrow ( really now but it's bed time). I do want get to a place where I can have chocolate and some kind if creamer in my coffee besides coconut creamer without feeling bloated. But first I want to be 100% back on track. I'm also going to do a food journal for the next 30 days. Excited! Thanks for listening.
