I had read about this diet before I started. I wanted to clearly understand what I was getting in to. So far, things are going really well. I am able to stick to it. I feel good about my food choices. 


That was until I woke up today (Day 3). That "hangover" phase they mentioned? Yeahhh totally there now. I feel like I was out all night drinking! My head is all foggy and pounding and my energy level is total poop. 


I am hoping that by days end and in to tomorrow things will improve. Looking forward to day 4 and 5 right about now.
