It's not like I ate a whole cob...but maybe a few kernels in a mix steamed vegetable side dish I had a resteraunt last night. baltomom86 102 Posted April 19, 2015 Share Posted April 19, 2015 how many days in are you, and does it boher you significantly to start over? If you are 28 days in and had 3 kernels of corn... I think you are ok. but a week in and you feel like this slip was significant? Maybe worth your while. I screwed up last night and had sunflower seeds butter that has sugar in it. I didn't realize at first... ugh, kind of annoying. I need to be more careful though, so I decided to restart today. The 4 days I got in are still awesome! Link to post Share on other sites
