Feeling discouraged by lack of results post whole 30

I don't know why you had these results, but perhaps it is because you thinking about your body too much? I found that letting go of those thoughts helped me tremendously. You mentioned that you started a change in your activity along with your food program, so perhaps this has something to do with it. By actively limiting your carbs (I have been guilty of this before), your body could be working against you. During my whole 30 I ate a sweet potato for breakfast and lunch most days and had 1-2 servings of fruit a day. I saw positive results because I didn't allow a macronutrient to get to my head. I really think your results have a lot to do with your mindset and perhaps a negative attitude?
