Piranha1981 Posted April 17, 2015 Share Posted April 17, 2015 Once you reintroduce something and then leave three days to test for a reaction, if no reaction is found could/should you then include it alongside your next reintroduction? So say on day 31 you have kidney beans and black beans, days 32/33/34 are strict Whole30, if all seems well could you then have beans alongside, say, dairy, on day 35? GFChris Posted April 17, 2015 Share Posted April 17, 2015 No, once you reintroduce an item, regardless of whether or not you notice any negative impacts, the protocol is that you don't consume that item again until you complete all your reintroductions. This allows for a clean test for each reintro. Reintro food group, keeping all else Whole30 compliant, return to 100% Whole30 eating for 2 days, then move onto the next food group, following the same protocol. Repeat until done.
