Hi, everyone!

I'm 46 years old and the mother of a 5 year old girl. I've recently lost 30 pounds just cutting back on eating, but I've recently admitted to myself that I have a problem with sugar, and I want to do something about that. I'm tired of being tired and achy all the time, and I know that my attitude and health are directly related to my eating. I'm giving myself a week to get things together, and then I'll be starting next Monday. I'm excited...and a little nervous....
