Starting Friday April 24th

I have tried every meal plan/diet imaginable which has led me to type2 diabetes for the past 15 years. My sugars are up & down, however the good news is I have not seen a number over 200 for over three months. My goal is to achieve a steady consistent number between 80-120 throughout my life.  Additionally, I want to get off my meds!! I am looking forward to the next 30 days & beyond.
