I felt very good yesterday on day 1 and I didnt get much sleep last night and I did okay most of the day. Nights are challenging and I just bombed. I didnt eat sweets but I did have two peanut butter sandwhiches. I felt like I needed weight/heaviness in my stomach. I let myself down. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Why did you choose to have peanut butter sandwiches? Were you truly hungry? If so, next time eat compliant foods, and try making your meals bigger going forward. Was it something other than hunger? Boredom, stress, habit? Make a plan to address that situation going forward, so you know what to do next time. Whatever you do, don't let this be an excuse to get completely off track or to give up.
