i will make it through this time

Am on day 9 and needed to try something different to stay on tracK this time.

Last night I gave in to stress and picked up a bag of pecans while shopping. I had that baby opened and ate a handful before I got home. Followed by 5 more handfuls. Feeling the bloat now. More than that is the shame of the guilt.

I will try to log daily and stick with it.
