KayKay
I sometimes make this sauce to dip raw veggies and cooked chicken into, so I had the idea to turn it into a sort of faux "Thai peanut" sauce for a chicken & veggie stir fry. It was even better than I imagined! Or else I was really, really hungry. A heaping tbsp of almond butter A dash of sesame oil for flavour Enough coconut aminos to bring it all together and make it runny I stir fried chicken thigh chunks, onions, carrots, peppers, and snap peas then poured this on at the very end just to warm it. Then I inhaled it. Mindfully of course

kirkor
Ooh, I like the fact that your version KayKay doesn't use a food processor and has fewer ingredients --- it's more bachelor friendly! :D
