Kill all the Things

Started my first Whole 30 on April 15th and I'm just finishing up day 8. My husband and I are doing this together and we've both experienced each day pretty much like the Whole 30 timeline lays them out. Work has been very stressful and frustrating recently and I find myself VERY angry and have cried twice this week. I'm really hoping this phase passes soon and I can relax. I'm looking forward to the focus and energy that I hear other folks talking about. It can't come soon enough!
