Hello,  I am Kittiestar and I started yesterday.


So far, so good.  


I have been semi-Paleo for years but never was able to kick rice, dark chocolate and wine.   Since I'm overweight (insulin resistant) and not losing weight, I decided it is time to kick the wine, sugar and last remaining grain to the curb, so here I am.  I'm also trying to get in the habit of eating more and a wider variety of veggies, so this plan is perfect.


Two years ago I kicked most goodies, gluten, soy, corn, dairy, diet coke, so I won't be getting any withdrawal from those things.  I'm thinking this won't be that hard because I'm really in the mood to do it.


I'm glad I'm doing this!
