So. Much. Water.

So today is my second day and I have been drinking so much water.  I feel like my mouth is continually dry, my skin feels tight, and I just can't seem to drink enough to help relieve it.  I have already gulped down 2 gallons of water, well over my recommended daily intake (75oz), and I am STILL THIRSTY!!!  Anyone else feeling this way or has felt this way?

Hm... could you post a couple of days' worth of meals here, and also include exercise, sleep, added stress, and any other factors that you think might be relevant - we already know your water intake so we can factor that in. Then we may be able to help you troubleshoot. Also, how different is Whole30 from how you were eating before?

Me too! and I'm 44 as well. :) I can't get over how thirsty I am. I have done a whole 30 in the past and this wasn't my experience - My eating habits were much worse leading into this one though.

I also had a raging headache from day 2 into today. (day 3) Work beckoned so I succumbed to some ibuprofen. It has helped. Onward!
