gonna slay dragon Posted April 25, 2015 Share Posted April 25, 2015 This is my second whole 30, but this time I am going to do a whole 60. I want to clear up seasonal allergies and improve sleep quality. Both of these did improve on the whole 30, but not fully. Also, since I completed my whole 30 my sugar dragon is back and roaring! Yesterday I ate compliantly, but didn't have the enough vegetables at breakfast and lunch. I did get the right balance at dinner though. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
