I'm devouring the book, went shopping, and I'm ready to go! I've been eating Paleo-ish, so parts of the Whole 30 won't be a big change. But, I do have a massive sugar dragon on my back in the form of stevia, and I have weighed daily for a long time. Challenges ahead, but I'm going to nail this!
