Starting Day!

Very excited to get started. I've done this once - 2 years ago! My eating habits shifted for the better, but have slowly migrated back to what is quick and easy. Self employed, husband and 3 kids, I'm tackling a LOT at the same time. Aggressive rehab for chronic back pain and trying/hoping to get back to my fitness regime of the past.

You know what they say - if you want something done ask a busy woman :)

 

Having done one before hopefully the rules will come back quickly assuming you found a good routine previously.

 

I've just completed day two of my round two - although I say day two, but that was a restart after reaching days 17-19 so I am well into the timeline and the transgressions were minor and did not really throw me off track.
