carlamccray
Any suggestions for breakfast foods that are simple? I don't like eggs or seafood so I'm having trouble finding things to eat besides fruit for breakfast. I know I could do potatoes but I don't want to eat those every day because of the carbs. thanks for the help
jmcbn
The easiest approach is to stop thinking of it as breakfast (& the types of foods you'd traditionally associate with that meal), and start thinking of it as meal one - that way you can eat whatever you'd eat at any other time of the day, and so to keep it *really* simple you can eat left-overs from the previous day. Prairie Girl 246
I really enjoyed "Melissa's Chicken Hash" from the Whole 30 book. It takes very little time, does use sweet potato, but I find without some carbs I am thinking "fruit, fruit, fruit" by 11:00 a.m. I've tried it with chicken and shrimp, both are wonderful. I also throw in whatever leftover veggies are around from supper, love it with extra broccoli!
