Hi All!

So this will be my fourth whole 30 and I've decided to make to a whole 100. I've noticed myself having issues with binging lately as well as cravings for more processed foods I wouldn't typically eat, have gained a couple pounds, and have found I can't seem to lose weight. Sooo...I've decided it's time for another Whole 30 and due to some of the issues I'm struggling with including excema and psoriasis I've decided I'm going to make it a whole 100. I'm looking to get all the support/accountability possible to make this happen-wish me luck!! 

 

Meal 1 Day 1: black coffee, 1 aidell's sausage, lettuce with balsamic and olive oil, and a banana (I had an appointment come in so wasn't able to eat this meal all at once)

 

Meal 2 Day 1: 2 Aidell's sausage, lettuce with balsamic and olive oil

 

Meal 3 day 3: no breadcrumb "meatloaf" with a side salad and 2 tablespoons almond butter and raspberries

 

I'm going to be logging daily and feedback is always appreciated!! :)

Hey Jen, you're a veteran with 4 Whole30's!  :D

 

Remember to add enough veggies to your breakfast and maybe add an egg or a sausage too, that looks a bit light and having too light a breakfast is pretty darned hard (read: impossible) to make up for later in the day.  Leads to cravings and bingey type behaviour, even if it's on compliant foods.  ;)
