ck35
Hi. I read ISWF and I know that the Now Foods Super Enzymes Tablets were recommended but what about the Capsules by the same brand? I bought the capsules because the label specifically states, "Contains no sugar, starch, salt, yeast, wheat, gluten, corn, soy, milk, egg, or preservatives". Non-medicinals include: Capsule (gelatin, water), cellulose, magnesium stearate (veg source), and silica. The medicinal ingredients are slighly different in that the Capsules have 'Pineapple Juice Powder' listed. I read the label of the tablets at the store and it did not have a "Contains no.." line which left me a bit worried. I live in Canada and (I think) we have slightly stricter labelling laws so to be on the safe side I went with the Capsules. I haven't started taking them yet (unopened) since this is day 1 for me, but moving forward, I want to take at least one per day. Please tell me if this product is okay (and yes, I did a search through the forums to check with regards to this topic). Thanks in advance.
