We just got the new book, never got the first one, and we looked at the seven day meal plan and noticed a lot of egg included. My wife cannot eat egg. What are some of your suggestions for breakfast for her in place of eggs? The idea of just eating left overs each morning does not sound appealing to her at all. It starts with reframing breakfast as "Meal 1:" anything that you eat at other meals, you can eat at the first meal of the day.Google Whole30 non-egg breakfast and you'll get links to past discussion posts discussing this topic.
