Ranch Dressing

I modified Guy Fieri's Homemade Ranch Dressing to make it Whole 30 friendly. Hope you love it as much as I do!


1/2 cup mayonnaise (I use Well Fed's homemade version)

1/2 cup coconut milk

3 tablespoons freshly chopped chives (dried will work in a pinch)

2 tablespoons freshly chopped Italian parsley leaves

1/2 teaspoon dried dill

1 teaspoon salt, divided 1 teaspoon

freshly cracked black pepper

1 tablespoon white vinegar

1 tablespoon garlic paste, (use half of the salt and 5 cloves garlic smashed with the flat side of a knife, to make paste)

In a medium bowl, combine the ingredients and blend well with fork or stick blender. If too thin, add more mayo. If too thick, add more coconut milk. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
