Day 1 of my whole30

Today is Day 1. Took some before pictures. Am I supposed to post them now?

 

I am trying not to snack. i have filled out that worksheet with all the goals on it.

Today is a sad day. A family friend has passed away. The feeling of needing to use food to cope is STRONG. But, just like anything else, one day at a time. I don't have to let my emotions seep into my relationship with my food, my nourishment.

 

Eggs oh ghee and avocado for breakfast. I did end up snacking on some kale chips.

 

Steak, avocado and veggie lunch planned, and for dinner - maybe chicken? and avocado. can't forget the avocado.
