VHO
Accidentally ate Englush peas (in the pod). Only had about six actual little peas before I became suspicious, (thought they were sugar snap peas). Must I start over????

Administrators ladyshanny Posted May 1, 2015 Administrators Share Posted May 1, 2015 Legumes are gut disruptive. Read the Do I Have to Start Over article linked in my signature below and tell us whether or not you should start over.
MeadowLily
VHO - you're aware of the rules because you already know about starting over. The decision is now left up to you. In the past, members were told to start over. You decide. What might help you with this decision...what are your plans for Day 31? Are you planning on a Reintro Phase? If so, that would require 30 authentic and compliant Whole 30 days. If no Reintro is planned and you have made other plans for Day 31....then you're still in charge. You get to choose. VHO
I'm not going to start over since I was planning to do a whole40 minimum anyway. So this will be Day 11/1. I'll likely even take it to the 60 day mark. It really works for me and I'm loving it! So, no worries. PS. You'all are a TOUGH crowd!!
