Starting May 17th

I'm trying to give myself enough time to prep, strategically starting after a pay day because I want to buy enough groceries to make it count.  I also want to make sure I'm 100% ready and clear on everything.  I'm nervous - I've tried and failed SO many times, just like so many others.  But I know if I don't make this change soon, my weight and, more importantly, my HEALTH will continue to suffer and get much worse.  I just hope I can drum up support from my fiance - we're both enablers so this will be a true challenge.  Hope I'm ready! I'm certainly going to do my very best!
