lelani
Ha so excited to start my new whole30, i would like to do it for 6 months before whole9 again. Pain still here. but I think I am pinpointing things a little bit (Ha it has only taken 44 years, but never give up)...........Lost 2 more lbs. No Swelling. Tests all excellent, Doc doesn't know how I keep my diabetes, blood pressure, cholesteral, etc in line. Told him I am strict and eat whole30 and before that No grains or dairy. Wanted to give me drugs to keep my diabetes in check so it would be easier for me. I said "NO THANKS" Eating properly is not that Hard.........Sometimes Challenging.....Sometimes WHoops but thats ok. Love the new book of course, I am sending one to my daughter I think, she is quite interested. So day 1 has started: Breakfast: 2 eggs Lunch: Big Ass Salad......As big as I can get it I think. I am hungry..... Dinner: Salmon Cakes, Hollandaise sauce. and grilled cauliflower, tomato and cucumber dilled salad.
jmcbn
Breakfast: 2 eggs Lunch: Big Ass Salad......As big as I can get it I think. I am hungry..... You are hungry because you only ate two eggs for breakfast. Where are the veggies? Where is the fat? And eggs, if they are your only source of protein, should be the number you can hold in one hand which is 3-4 for most people. Seriously, you need to be eating *a lot* more than this, especially for breakfast... Have you looked at the recommended meal template?

lelani
In response to Jmcbn, and Meadow Lily. l;lll ha I know how to eat and all about the template, just didn't feel like it this morning. No worries. My lunch consisted of 4 cups of cucumbers, lettuce, onions, purple cabbage, tomatoes, grilled hamburger with zucchini, onions garlic, celery mixed in left over from last night. coffee with 1 tblsp of cocoanut butter & tumeric, wonderful apple cider vinigar and olive oil for dressing. Ha no I am not light headed and am pretty knowledgable about these things...sometimes one is just lazy. Ps you did see what my lunch was and my dinner was going to be. My "Big Ass Salads" always include fat and protein, I just don't write it in because this is MY CONTENT.... Went out after work and rode my bike for 5 km. feeling much better now. I have been pretty sad as my horse of 18 years just died and haven't felt like doing anything. Anyways thanks for your concerns...
MeadowLily
I'm so sorry about your horse. That would throw anyone for a loop. Okay, we were concerned but you have your own code. Good to know.
