Jaf2015
Is the Pacific brand bone broth compliant....especially since I have a difficult time finding organic soup bones in order to make my own.
Guest Andria
We can't tell you if a product is compliant by brand name alone. You will have to read the ingredients. Commercially made broths often have sugar added. When I go to their website, they have several varieties. From your post I do not know to which one you are referring. Chicken, Organic chicken, Beef? The chicken broth I checked has cane sugar and the beef broth has maltodextrin - so they would both be out.
Jaf2015
I'm sorry I should have been more specific. The brand has broths, stocks and bone broth. It seems that the stocks and broth has sugar and other non-compliant ingredients. But...from what I can tell, the bone broth has bones, meat, vinegar, onion and water only. Just curious if anyone has tried them....
Guest Andria
If what you list is the ingredient list in its entirety, you should be fine (double check the type of vinegar). If you could copy and paste the actual ingredient list from their website, that would be the most helpful and accurate. I can't comment on taste or quality of the product. I prefer to make my own since I want all the gelatinous good stuff
