Robbone
Can we use this in recipes instead of coconut flour? It is totally flavorless unlike coconut flour which is better for some recipes.
Guest Andria
As long as it is flour made from green bananas with nothing else added, you can use this as a sub for coconut flour. What type of recipes are you considering? Any flour sub should only be used as thickener or as a light *breading* during a Whole30. Using the flour in recipes for baking paleo-fied items (i.e. waffles, breads etc) is a no go on the Whole30.

Refer to official Whole30 sources, not unmoderated sites like personal blogs, instagram, pinterest, etc. for accurate information. Refer again (and again and over again as necessary) to the Can I Have article I linked you to on the other thread: http://whole30.com/2013/06/the-official-can-i-have-guide-to-the-whole30/ As I keep saying, the deal is real food, three times a day, for 30 days. Eat up!
