KeriW
So this is my 3rd whole 30 so I would think I had it together by now! My first whole 30 last August was wonderful! My second in January was not. Some chronic health issues reimerged with a vengeance when I thought they would improve with another whole 30. Fast forward a few months and I decided to start round 3 a few days after Easter because my eating habits had slipped quite a bit. So far I've felt pretty good despite some minor life stress. I went grocery shopping this week and bought figs (for a dish), dates (for homemade bbq sauce), and prunes (for my little one who's a little constipated). And wouldn't you know that within 4 days, all 3 bags are GONE because I ate them. WTH? There are plenty of times I've not eaten enough and gotten hungry. But that was straight up stress eating! Will I ever get over this? This dragon I have is strong!!! I've always battled emotional eating and wonder if I always will. I feel like I'm eating enough most of the time. CaGirl
I can't buy them anymore.. Unless once I'm home I make what ever it is right away.. I found it better just not to buy them..
Kage
I have not had any dried fruits or nuts in the house this time. I had to make my house a "compliant food with no brakes" free zone. (Day 24 whole 30 no3). The sugar dragon is a sneaky resilient beast!!
KeriW
I think that's what I will have to do. I gave myself too much credit! I'm in a slightly stressful season of life so I should have thought through that. I'm planning on going to May 21 so basically a whole 45. Hopefully I can clean it up before then!
