Day 24 kill all things

Have I yelled at my husband, gotten frustrated with my kids. Thrown pillows around the lounge looking for the remote.

Fingers crossed I wake up on the right side of the bed tomorrow.

Day 23 for me and I am tired and missing eating some foods. I am feeling a little underwhelmed since I haven't noticed a change in weight or mood yet.

Feel free to post 2-3 days worth of your food log, including nightly hours of sleep, daily water consumption, and any exercise, and folks here can give you feedback on whether you're on the right track.
