Starting week 2 Need a buddy

This weekend has been hard. Couple of meltdowns, emotionally. I have stayed on track. Even gave away all my chips and pasta today, that was a relief. I am on my own and would really like someone who started before my 4-26 start date to help me stay on track. I feel pretty good still but my emotional dependency on food keeps tapping me on the shoulder. I have moved past the leg cramps at night, hallelujah!! My bloating is gone and I already see subtle changes in my body. Just want to share some support with anyone going it alone.
