Whole30 - Here We Go!

We started our journey on April 6, 2015 and will complete it on May 5, 2015.  Happy Cinco de Mayo to us!  I kept a daily journal along the way complete with thoughts, tips, recipes, and more.  We will begin to reintroduce foods, but will follow along with what we have learned, making sure we read labels carefully and stay away from processed foods as much as possible.  


I hope my blog proves to be as useful to you as others were to us.  Enjoy!
