whole 40, now paleo...7 weeks in

I finished my whole 30, added ten days, and then went paleo. Really the only change is paleo pancakes for breakfast. The rest of my meals have stayed the same. I've lost 17.6 pounds and I'm finally back in the 140s. I have shorts that haven't fit in years that are now a bit loose. I need to buy a new bathing suit. I feel good and I look good. Love this!
