Average Age of Whole30 Members?

Our daughter, who just turned 40, introduced her dad and mom to Whole30.  Dad was quick to start. Mom wanted to read the book, "It Starts With Food" completely through before starting.  It didn't take a complete reading to convince mom of the health benefits of of Whole30 food plan.

Both my wife and I are 68 (soon to be 69) and we are into our first Whole30 program.  We have already discovered the health benefits of changing our food choices and our eating habits.

Our daughter has been showing us Facebook pictures of many of her friends who have been on Whole30 for quite some time. From all of those we have seen and met through our daughter, and from many of the posts on this forum, we have come to the conclusion that most of the participants on this program are far younger than us.  Has anyone done a survey to determine the average age of Whole30 participants?  We're just curious :)

Both my wife and I wish we had learned and practiced this life style many years ago.  For us, it has already changed our health and our live style.  Cooking and eating has become a joy once again.

Younger people post more pictures of themselves on Facebook than older people, so you can easily get an inaccurate picture of who is involved from what you see online. :)

We ask people to tell us their birthdays when they sign up for the forum, but most do not provide that information. Therefore, we don't have an accurate picture of the ages of participants. I've been around the forum as long as it has existed. My impression is that most participants are in their 30s to 40s, there are some participants in their 20s or 50s, and that people in their 60s and 70s make up maybe 5 percent. My guessing has a better chance of being accurate than the average person because I was a family therapist for 20 years and recognize stage of life markers readily. And I am an analyst by employment now, so I catalog, categorize, and count information automatically. :)
