kbx
I'm planning my whole30 atm which I'm looking to start this weekend but have a question re. adding fats to a meal. I'll be using the fattier meats as they're cheaper and I'm on a budget such as chicken/turkey and ground beef. Now an example meal I have would be chicken thighs and roasted sweet potato/some other roast veg, as the veg is roasted in fat and the meat is high in fat would I need to be adding anymore fat to the meal? GFChris
Let satiety be your guide, to experiment with portions, various proteins, and fat amounts, to build meals that satiate you for 4-5 hours.
Moderators Tom Denham Posted May 5, 2015 Moderators Share Posted May 5, 2015 The important thing is not to be afraid of fat or to avoid it. You can add fat simply because it tastes good.
