roihus Posted May 5, 2015 Share Posted May 5, 2015 Well, it's Day 5 and feeling ok. I'm still feeling tired and a little cranky (more like a lot :/). Evenings seem to be the hardest because that's normally when I would pick up an Angry Orchard and have my first smoke of the day. I've been generally following the 7 day meal plan in the new Whole30 book and the recipes are delicious. I have never finished a whole30 but I'm determined to do it this time. We follow a Paleo diet about 90% of the time so I really don't have any problem leaving the bread and dairy behind. Missing my honey though!
