Newbie here

Hi All


I'm new, was going to start tomorrow as had a lunch out planned for my birthday (which is a bit late as it was last week, but my friend and I were both away), but it had to be postponed until tomorrow.


So do I start tomorrow anyway, but not eat out at the pub for lunch, or go out for lunch tomorrow and start my Whole30 on Thursday?!!
